You are somewhat in suspension between .pl and .co.uk

This is why I came here. This is the king of advice I need about the Polish market and I appreciate the answer.

Also your domain is geographically limited to one town.

.com would suggest more international use, but with polish word and specific targeting, this name will be appealing to relatively small group of users.

Since the town is one of the biggest financial power houses in the world and has a growing relationship with Poland I do not see this as a negative. Also I feel city and geographic names have been used to good effect in branding.

I feel that since this is a .com I could also brand this in English for another totally different site not related just to London or the Polish market. But that is certainly clouded by my judgment.

You will need to invest serious cash via good advertising channels to generate solid traffic that could be converted into cash either via ads or PPC.

I get a reasonable amount of traffic on it now. The .net actually is even getting over a 100 clicks a month. I wonder how many of these are typos though?

IMHO if you are ready to sell it, those offers you mentioned are pretty good. If you want to develop it, be prepared for extra costs and at least 6-12 months of good promotions.

I just have no interest to sell it if that is the case. I will try to develop it into a London Portal and even if that fails I can still use it for a variety of generic projects as I feel it is a a strong enough name that people will remember.

Thank you for your time and well thought out comments. :o
