Thank tmi for creating this forum! I am new here and i was reading all the polish topics (with my dictionary in my hand) but its too many too translate all topics.

 

Tmi already gave me the answer that there is no Overture for .pl domain since there is no Yahoo Poland.

 

1. Are there any stats domainers look except the alexa, google, pr?

2. For how much are 2-letter .com.pl , 2-letter .net.pl and 2-letter .org.pl domains sold for? Or how much are they generally worth?

3. What is mostly used for polish websites, is that .pl , .net.pl or .com.pl and why that difference?

Apart from these three, KD is your best bet. But it's not super-reliable.

2-letter .com.pl are worth from reg fee up to a few hundred PLN (excluding premium domains like 3D or PR etc.). .net.pl and .org.pl are generally worth next to nothing.

Yes. In fact, pl.net.pl was once on allegro (local auction platform) and there was no interest in it.

Besides that i am domainer (as we call it here) and have about 1800 domains in a variety of tlds. Poland is my newest investment for domains and i busy register + buy many domains now.

Because people in Poland usually use xxx.pl domains. xxx.com.pl are used rather by companies.

So X.pl domains are attractive and much better than x.com.pl.

they are worth about $200-500 i think, but will never worth anything more.. com.pl's are used very rarely, i don't recommend you to buy them.. pl's are 1000% better

I have been looking to become NASK member myself, but i first want to look over the polish market. Currently i am using DomainMaker which is being very impressive for the time i use it. All other registrars i used before had problems or bad/not-handy systems (like home.pl).

 

In The Netherlands i am SIDN registry member, a look-a-like for NASK but then for register .nl domains.

I have now about 20 domains, and i want to register some hundreds of domains. For choosing polish names i am using several tools, even the default like Google (auto correction), a dutch-polish/polish-dutch dictionary and a good Polish contact for translation.

Ps. I have also looked over active24 for registration but because active24.Nl wont help me furthur in registrations i looked for another member (polish) who accepted bank/wire transfers.
