Hello,

 

I am wondering how justice is involved here in Poland. If i register a domainname, which is also the name of a company in Poland, what then? Will i be sued in court? Also the same question for when i register a name of a city with .pl behind it. And also the same question for misspelled domains..

Usually it will land in the arbitrage court, unfortunately they don't have files in English: http://www.piit.org.pl/piit/index.jsp?plac...;reset_offset=1

 

Also the same question for when i register a name of a city with .pl behind it.

Those names, even when free, are not available for registration.

 

And also the same question for misspelled domains..

 

Hard to say, but e.g. intelig.pl and mediamark.pl are now undergoing arbitrage.
