Szacowanie wartości domeny (appraisal domain)

Witam, Nie mam doświadczenia w tej branży więc proszę o naukę Mam klienta który chce kupić ode mnie domenę, ale tylko pod warunkiem że dostanie jej "appraisal certificate". Ma on być tylko z niezależnej firmy i SEDO wg niego odpada gdyż tam jest to szacowane automatycznie. Pytanie jest następujące, czy powinienem zrobić to o co mnie gość prosi, czy też jest on prawdopodobnie naciągaczem który ma interes w tym żebym zrobił to w jednej z podanych przez niego firm? Co zrobić żeby nie narazić się na przekręt a zarazem potraktować klienta fair (jeśli jednak gość jest spoko ???

Ja co tydzien dostaje kilka takich emaili od tych spamerow/spamera. Skanuje bazy whois domen globalnych zamieszczonych na sedo i wysyla takie oferty. Pewnie duzo ludzi sie na to lapie i dlatego trzeba sie kilka razy zastanowic zanim cos kupimy.
