New resource about Polish domain names

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm the editor of domainpredator.com, a website specialized in European domain names.

We've just launched a website devoted to domain names in Polish here:

domenainternetowa.com and I thaught that it might interest some people here.

Our goal is to help non-Polish people discover the potential of this market. I would appreciate any suggestion to improve the content of this website. We'll soon add interviews about Polish domain names and I hope that the administrator of this great forum will accept to answer a few questions :-)

Very nice initiative! :) Well done - I have only one suggestion - if this site is intended for a non-Polish speaking audience, maybe it would be better to have some english domain like polishdomains.com (taken) or some other, which is still available (I am sure it is possible to find something available).

P.S Are you from Spain David? Maybe you could give us some resources about this market?

Hi Daniel,

and thanks for the welcome:-). You're right that the name of the website is not very evocative. But I guess that if the content becomes interesting enough (we're working on it), it will get some traffic whatever its name. The problem is bigger for the mother-site domainpredator.com, from where most of the traffic will come from. The name does not fit at all with the content. I should have changed it before...

Regarding the Spanish market, there are about 20 good resources here: http://www.domainpredator.com/tools/spanish.html

The Spanish market has really boomed the last two or three years. It will surely continue to climb, but now the prices have become very high to purchase premium domains (which is the most interesting in the market, according to me). I think that it's better to invest in other European languages such as French domain names now (I live in Spain, but I'm French), because we are close to a boom like Spain & Germany has experienced before. Next will be Poland, hopefully :-)

cheers

Sure, but I need some help:-)

Daniel and a few other Polish domainers have accepted to answer an interview, so that I'll be soon able to add good specific content.

Also, if you know any valuable resource specific to the Polish that could be mentionned, I'll add it immediately. We've got here most of the 200 or so best resources for domainers: http://www.domainpredator.com/tools/index.html , we may add them also.

cheers

david

edit: I find a good resource with your signature, Michal. Added, thanks!
