Distance selling - your opportunity to cancel

 

Neither the Distance Selling Regulations nor the EU Distance Selling Directive apply in the Channel Islands.

 

However, we are very pleased to be able to inform you that our agreement with you offers you rights which are equal to or greater than those in the Directive.

 

Accordingly if you withdraw your application within 48 hours of the time we issued you with Ticket (...), or before we start to provide you with DNS name service (whichever is the later) we will not charge you anything.

 

Alternatively, if you cancel your registration after we have started to provide DNS name service, but within 28 days of the issue of Ticket (...) we will normally not charge you the annual fee, providing you delete (...) using this form:
