Powiedzcie mi bo widze, że NameDrive zaczął dodawać do wystawianej Credit Note taką adnotację

 

The Luxembourgish VAT is not applicable because the service is out of the scope of the Luxembourgish VAT by article 2 of the Council

Directive 2008/8/EC amending article 44 of the Council directive 2006/112/EC.

 

Czy ma to jakiś wpływ na nasze faktury VAT wystawiane z adnotacją że VAT rozlicza nabywca dla NameDrive ??
