tmi 728 Report post Posted August 31, 2007 Witam, Dostałem email z adresu jenny. s12345 [at] gmail. com o temacie Serious Interest for your Domain, (nazwa domeny), i treści: Hello, A friend of mine noticed that you guys aren't doing anything with the domain name xxx, and wanted me to contact you guys about how much you wanted for it. She's asked me to contact a few different domains to make a little personal site, so if you can get back to me ASAP it would be very much appreciated! Thanks! Cheers Jenny Odpisałem, i o dziwo po kilku dniach dostałem ten sam email. Czy mieliście coś podobnego? Czy ty zwykły spam podobnie jak z oszustami nakłaniającymi do wyceny? Ma ktos jakis pomysl? sa skrypty, ktore spokojnie radza sobie z wypelnianiem roznych formularzy (bez problemu czytaja wiekszosc tokenow) - wystarczy odpowiednio go ustawic. wg mnie najprawdopodobniej chodzi o uzycie zapytania z formularza kontaktowego SEDO. margas 0 Report post Posted September 1, 2007 Ciąg dalszy... We were celebrating newborn child of my brother :-). So I could not answeryour email in time. Did you hear this (Domain sells for 9.5M): http://www.computerworlduk.com/management/...ews/index.cfm?n ewsid=3064 Looks like this market is very hot. Ok. Let's talk about our deal. 2,000 USD. Ok. Do you sell domain with a web site or just name? If just name it's ok. Web site is not necessary. Have you had your domains appraised already? Can you show me your valuation certificates? As fas I know it's a common practice to show appraisal of domain name (even without traffic and web site) before doing business. Without appraisal I risk to overpay. In other words I won't be able to make a profit on reselling this name. It's very important for you and me to know the current market value of your domains. Of course, we must be sure that you are engaging an appraisal company with REAL manual service. I heard many appraisal companies often made inaccurate auto-generated appraisals. I will only accept appraisals from independent sources I trust. To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies in a forum http://domaintalk.ourplace.com/Archive/846593.htm Just check this posting. If the appraisal comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly. I also hope you can give me 10% - 15% discount of the appraised value. After I get an appraisal from you we'll continue our negotiations. How do you prefer to get paid: www.escrow.com, www.PayPal.com check or wire? Hope we can come to an agreement fast. Looking forward to your reply.
