seomi 17 Report post Posted October 28, 2009 Hmm, chodzi o "Skarga o uchylenie wyroku sądu polubownego". Tylko - czy to ogólny robi sens w sprawie domenach? Po prawomocnym wyroku sądu polubownego, NASK wg. swoim regulaminem (a nie z powodu wyroku sądu) zmieni abonenta. Nawet jeśli ten wyrok zostałby uchylony - zmiany w NASK już są wykonane.
